Recovery following StemLift involves two treated areas: the breast and the donor site. Patients can generally expect a day-case procedure in most cases, returning home the same day, with mild to moderate swelling, bruising and tenderness at both sites for one to two weeks. A supportive surgical bra is worn for six to eight weeks, alongside a compression garment at the donor site worn for four to six weeks.
