CelluTite, a trademarked procedure developed by Mr Hazim Sadideen, is a minimally invasive body contouring treatment that uses BodyTite radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) technology, delivered through a small cannula placed just beneath the skin. It works on two levels simultaneously: releasing the fibrous septal bands that cause dimpling, and delivering controlled thermal energy to the subdermal tissue to stimulate collagen remodelling and improve skin quality.
Cellulite is one of the most common concerns among patients seeking body contouring treatment, and one of the most poorly understood. It affects patients of all body types, including those who are slim and physically active, and does not respond to diet, exercise or standard topical treatments, because it is a structural condition rather than a reflection of weight or lifestyle. CelluTite addresses that underlying structural cause directly, producing results that are more significant and more durable than non-invasive alternatives.
CelluTite is frequently combined with other body contouring procedures, including liposuction and Morpheus8 or Quantum RF skin tightening, to achieve a comprehensive improvement in skin quality, contour and texture.
CelluTite is suitable for patients with persistent cellulite that has not responded to diet, exercise or non-invasive treatments, or who are concerned about dimpling or uneven skin texture on the thighs, buttocks, abdomen or other affected areas. Good candidates are at or near a stable, healthy weight, in good general health, free from conditions that could impair healing, and are non-smokers, or committed to stopping in advance of treatment. Realistic expectations are important, understanding that results develop progressively over several months.
CelluTite is not a weight loss treatment and is not intended to address generalised body fat. Mr Sadideen discusses candidacy in detail during consultation and will advise whether CelluTite alone, or as part of a combination programme, is the most appropriate approach for your presentation.

Recovery following CelluTite is generally straightforward. Most patients return home on the day of treatment, with mild swelling, bruising and tenderness in the treated area for one to two weeks. A compression garment is worn for four to six weeks to support healing and contour, and most patients return to desk-based work within a few days, avoiding strenuous exercise for two to four weeks. Manual lymphatic drainage is recommended post-operatively, and Mr Sadideen integrates clinical nutrition and functional medicine principles into the recovery plan to further support healing.
CelluTite is frequently performed as part of a broader body contouring plan. Where localised fat is present alongside cellulite, liposuction performed in the same session allows simultaneous improvement in both contour and skin texture. Surface application of Morpheus8 or Quantum RF further enhances the tightening effect and overall skin quality, and for patients seeking comprehensive torso contouring, CelluTite can also be incorporated into a full 360 liposuction treatment plan.
Because the fibrous bands are physically released and the tissue is structurally remodelled, the results of CelluTite are long-lasting, with progressive improvement in skin texture and tone continuing over three to six months as collagen remodelling continues. Maintaining a stable weight and a healthy lifestyle supports the longevity of the outcome.
CelluTite is a minimally invasive procedure with a well-established safety profile. As with all interventional treatments, there are inherent risks that are discussed openly during consultation, including:
Mr Sadideen’s thorough preoperative assessment, precise technique and structured aftercare programme are designed to minimise these risks and support a safe, smooth recovery.
