Non-surgical rhinoplasty, also known as a liquid nose job or liquid rhinoplasty, is performed using hyaluronic acid filler to reshape the nose, particularly the dorsum, or bridge. It is an alternative to surgical rhinoplasty for patients who want improvement without undergoing surgery, or a way to trial a change in nasal shape before committing to surgery.
Mr Sadideen assesses your skin quality, underlying framework and desired outcome, then recommends the optimal approach to achieve this. He often also uses botulinum toxin alongside the filler, to help weaken certain nasal muscles and further refine the result.
While it can be an excellent option for many patients, non-surgical rhinoplasty is not suitable for everyone. Mr Sadideen will advise on your suitability following a full consultation and assessment.

You may experience some mild swelling or bruising, but this usually subsides within a few days. Most normal activities can be resumed immediately after the procedure. Mr Sadideen provides specific aftercare instructions, which typically include avoiding heavy glasses or sunglasses for a few days, avoiding trauma or physical rubbing to the area, and avoiding saunas for a week.
As with all injectable procedures, there is a risk of swelling, bruising or redness at the injection site. Serious complications are extremely rare but can include vessel injury, which may lead to skin necrosis or, in very rare cases, vision loss. Mr Sadideen takes all necessary precautions to prevent these complications and has taught other practitioners how to minimise these risks.
